The phase 1 development at 2001 Fortune Drive provides 8 MW of critical load; the property has received over $100 million in total investment including seismic, utility, and other capital upgrades.
DPR Construction served as the General Contractor. Rosendin Electric and Therma Corporation performed the electrical and mechanical work respectively. EYP Mission Critical Facilities provided commissioning oversight and integrated commissioning testing services.
